Camp
New Ground officially ended its summer 2003 run on Aug. 22, after
serving more than 1,500 campers at more than 30 sites around the
New York metropolitan area. Reviews from the campers were mostly
five-star, many of whom returned for their second year. The site
coordinator at Fordham Lutheran Church reported this: "This
camp is changing the child's lives! God bless you."
In
addition, the camp was a great way for churches to build on their
community outreach, as well as to attract new families to church.
Over
