LDRNY recently provided a grant to the InterRelations Collaborative for their PeaceMaking Initiative.  The initiative included screening of the PBS film, "Caught in the Crossfire:  Arab Americans in Wartime,"  featuring Lutheran Pastor Khader El-Yateem.  New York City youth from diverse faiths also offered Peace Readings at a ceremony on September 11 to honor those who lost their lives and to encourage understanding between cultures.  InterRelations Collaborative published a book in association with artist Faith Ringgold titled "What Will You Do For Peace?  Impact of 9/11 on New York City youth."  LDRNY was pleased to be a part of this ambitious and spiritual project.  For more on IRC, email IRCinfo@earthlink.net .
